I ordered this item to be sent to my nieces for xmas. when i checked delivery status it said it had been delivered but when i got the there 2 days before xmas, it wasnt there. so in panic mode, i called the seller. i was honestly expecting to get a hassle.. i was extremely relieved that they were so understanding of the situation...and OVERNIGHTED me a replacement!
