I ended up using the Winter Lightning sled while my kids alternated between this and a saucer. It had a nice, fast, smooth ride that took me as far as any of nearly 200 sledders made it to the end of the hill. I'm 5'7", 145 lbs, and the sled was plenty big enough for me. My 8-year old could have also sat in the sled with me.It took me several attempts to get the hang of steering it by shifting my body weight, but that's because I had never gone sledding before. This is a very nice tool. It can be used for camping, placed in your nightstand, or in the glove box. There are 2 levels for the light. The low level lights up 1 led, and the high level lights 5 leds. It's not super bright, but again, it's more than enough if you only use it while walking your dog. The radio buttons are some kinda small, thus may be difficult for some people to change channel. It also has a siren function, but not very loud. With about 1 minute cranking, the battery can hold enough electricity for the flashlight to work with all 5 leds lit up for about 45 minutes, and then fade out about 20 minutes. The radio consumes much more electricity than the leds. You can only expect the radio work for 5 minutes at most. The crank is relatively hard to crank, i.e. more resistant, if you clockwise, but easy the other way. I assume more electricity could be generated with more resistance. The quality is OK for its price. Everything outside is made of plastic. The crank is hold by two very small screws, as the result, I dare not to crank fast and use my full strength when cranking. The flashlight button is removable and came off the second day when my 4-year old son played with it. But I believe a little glue will fix it. No good backpacker doesn't have these, but I suggest a water pump as the planned primary method. Note: there are also iodine "neutralizer" tablets that are supposed to remove the bad taste (you drop them in after the 30 minutes is up and wait another 30 minutes). Because I run sometimes (in addition to cardio kickboxing and other bouncy stuff), that's my top concern with a sports bra--it HAS to control bounce! Pros: It's OK for low- to mid-impact stuff, like regular step aerobics, elliptical, walking, or yoga. And it gives you enough separation that you look like a woman, not someone in an Elizabethan costume.

Cons: Just not enough support for the price. And the biggest PITA of all? Putting it on over my head! What good are back hooks if you have to hook them before you put the bra on? From all the previous reviews, I knew these hand exercisers would be good solid devices - and they are. My only concern was what tension level to pick. Just as a data point for others, I'm a 71 inches tall, 180 pounds, fit male. I lift weights regularly, but am by no means a bodybuilder or powerlifter. I purchased the medium strength units, wondering if 7 lbs per finger was too much or too little. I've found that if I power grip them (basically just grab them like a barbell, squeeze and release), I can easily do 100 or more repetitions. This leads me to think that the Mediums are too light if I only want to power grip. Same is probably true for many of you.

However, two things changed my mind about this. First I went to the Prohands website and found that several of the exercises they demonstrate (e.g. fingertipping) are much harder than the simple power grip. Also, by holding the grip for 3-5 seconds as recommended, even the power grip becomes more challenging. In the end, I've decided that the 7 lb units give me a very good workout.

My suggestion is if you only want to power grip, then you may want something heavier - obviously dependent on your hand strength. But if you value doing exercises that fully articulate your fingers in various ways, then you might want to try the Mediums.

I love, love, love these tees. I don't believe I've broken one, but I've lost a couple...so basically I don't know where they went or if they broke when they went there, but I still love them. Unfortunately at approx. .70 each plus S&H (they were 10 tees for $6.99) I drive everyone crazy looking for them ("did you see where my tee went?") as I'm searching for 5 minutes!! Other than losing them, I use the same tee round after round. I purchased them for Christmas gifts too and those girls also say they're great. The only drawback was the time it took to get them delivered. I wanted them for gift bags for friends and they didn't come in time. I contacted the company and they were responsive and apologetic (they had to ship them directly from Norway?! or something like that), but it took forever to get them. I've only used it once so far, but I'm very pleased with the purchase. Overnight temperatures dipped just below freezing on my trip. I had a good sleeping bag and bundled up. This set is of good quality. These stakes are the only type we can use for more than a season. They do not bend or get lost in the sand. The top of the stake does come lose so you have to make sure it is pulled to the top before you put it in the ground. The rubber mallet is good quality and fairly heavy. The stake puller worked out really well especially in the sand. The broom and dust pan was really too small to do much good but was handy for spot cleaning. I still have to have my regular size broom to sweep out the tent before folding it. I was kind of disappointed with the quality of the broom and dust pan.
